Didn’t like your Sufiya Creation look? No worries! You can return or exchange your order within 5 days of delivery with nominal handling charges. We want you to love your fashion experience!
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you must raise a return request within 5 days after receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
✔ Product must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
✔ Return request must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
We’ll make it right with a fast resolution.
Exchange & Replacement
✔ Exchanges Will Be 7 Days After Raising The Request.
✔ Replacement Will Be Done In 7 days After Raising the Request.
⚠️ Return is not eligible if tags/labels are removed from the item.
Refunds
No worries — fashion mishaps happen!
Simply send us a WhatsApp message with pictures or an unboxing video on the same day you receive the order. We'll process a replacement or refund based on verification.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
